Steven Ryan has been celebrating the music of Meat Loaf as "Pot Roast" since 2008. Originally conceived with actress and singer Susan Campanaro, the show played various venues in NYC before Mr. Ryan (aka Mr. Roast) moved to LA and formed a new band with pianist and Jim Steinman fan, Sally Zito.
Sally Zito has scored music for film, television, live theater, and performed live with her band, The Sally Zito Project, since 2004, which is the foundation of the current band. Ms. Zito was honored with receiving Los Angeles Women in Music’s Comet Award as the best songwriter/ performer of 2008-2009.
