The eclectic sound of River Ratts combines a variety of genres with bilingual lyrics creating a diverse sound that is widely appealing. Out of Riverside California this Band has worked endlessly the past couple years to put out multiple albums including Soft Songs for Hard people containing 17 acoustic tracks. In 2010, Frankie Meza (Bass), Jed Rangel (Guitar), Marco Beraud (Drums), Roland Rojas (Percussion/ Vocals) and Agustin Tinajero (Lead Vocals) started as Los Rudos. In 2012 after Agustin's departure from the band, Los Rudos began steering in a different directions resulting in their new concept, River Ratts. Their new project became notable for the variety of styles and influences that each member brought to the table including Suicide Silence, Korn, Voodoo Glow Skulls, Morissey, System of a down, AFI , The Germs, The Growlers and Blood Brothers sprinkled with a little country, latin vibes and ska. In 2025 Roland Rojas, Frankie Meza and new members, Doug Miranda (Guitar), Jose Landeros (Drums), and Aaron Bloomer (Guitar) continue to keep the spirit of the Ratt alive! River Ratts have been fortunate to take their musical rollercoaster all over Southern California and Mexico playing Venues such as Observatory OC, House of Blues Hollywood, Union Los Angeles, Romano’s Riverside, Gato Calavera in Mexico city, Café Iguana in Monterrey, Mexico, Rodeo Santa Fe Mexico and many more.
